FROZEN POND MIST & THREE CATTAILS
It got very windy and the temperature plummeted overnight, from above freezing to nine degrees. The entire south shore was covered with ice encrusted weeds.
I never seem to notice when cattails disappear. The old ones stand all winter, then before you know it, they're new again.

I just saw you on my blog, and your photos are awesome! Are you in Iowa? My husband was born there, but we live in Florida. Love your work!

Nice pictures! I love taking pictures of icy things. I'll go put some on my blog now.
ReplyDeleteCould come and tell me what you think of them?
ReplyDeleteCarmen,
ReplyDeleteThank you for your nice comment. I am in Iowa, just about right in the middle of it. Where was your husband born?
I'm not a very able commenter on other people's work, so I don't do it a lot although I should because I enjoy getting comments from people on my stuff.
I love your paintings and if I were to try to paint, I would want my work to look like what yours looks like.
